CONTRACTORS
1. I don’t have regular access to email or the internet how do I manage my account?
VBCS Plus works with each individual service provider to ensure that you get the most out of your advertisement. If you do not have on-line access, VBCS Plus can send you a hard copy proof of your advertisement. Simply fill in the fields that require changing and post it back and we will update your advertisement for you. Call: (03) 8531 8100 and ask to speak to VBCS Plus.
2. I have been told that I have to go on the waiting list – what does this mean?
VBCS Plus' goal is to provide an easy-to-use directory with the highest quality service providers. As such VBCS Plus has capped the number of service providers in each category for the following reasons:
- Increase value for businesses by promoting their high quality service amongst a smaller number of competitors.
- Providing a smaller pool of contractors for clients will assist in their decision-making.
If you are placed in the waiting list it means your service category is full and as such you will need to wait until a place becomes available.
